Every one brings new surprises to the table, due to our philosophy of only working with food that is locally available. Above all, we try to create new and diverting combinations of flavour. At Eindloos, you don't simply order dishes, but indicate the courses that you'd like, and suggest ingredients that you dislike and/or are allergic to. With these details, we then prepare an exceptional culinary experience, with matching drinks. Next to the local produce, we work with a European wine list the features only organic wines, and then skilfully match each dish to a drink.
