I lost my ticket(s), what should I do?

My payment has been transferred, but I have not yet received my e-ticket(s).
Be sure to check your spam folder, and otherwise contact our help desk via tickets@friesland.nl. We will then check all data and resend the e-tickets.

The event to which I am going is held on multiple days and I am unable to go on the day for which I have tickets. Can I exchange my tickets?
Unfortunately, orders that have been placed cannot be changed or returned.
