I have not received the e-ticket(s), what should I do now?
Be sure to check your spam folder, and otherwise contact our help desk via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then check all data and resend the e-tickets.
Can I buy tickets by telephone or at the register?
No, unfortunately you can only buy tickets online.
How do I pay?
You can pay via iDEAL or credit card. You can also buy tickets with your LF2018 voucher.
How and when will I receive my e-ticket(s)?
You will receive the e-ticket(s) in your inbox after ordering. Print each of the e-tickets (do not make them smaller, as this might make scanning them more difficult) and bring them with you to the event. You can also store the e-tickets on your telephone and have them scanned this way. Please ensure that your device is sufficiently charged or that the screen is not damaged, as scanning may then be impossible and you will not be admitted.
How can I redeem my coupon?
In the payment screen, you can fill in the promotional code stated on the voucher or special offer, and the discount or the voucher will be applied automatically.
What happens when many people want to buy tickets at the same time?
As soon as too many people want to order tickets online, you will be placed in a queue. Please do not close the page, but follow the instructions and stay on the page.
What will you do with my personal data?
Your data are used to send the ticket(s) and to inform you of any changes or additional information about the event. We also ask for your postcode, because we would like to know where our visitors are coming from, but we will not send anything by post and will not use this for commercial purposes.
