Staying in a national monument in Friesland

"De Oude Dame" in Easterein, stylish, sometimes suffering from age-related ailments, but always warm and with open arms. This is how we experience the beautiful building in which we live and we are happy to share this experience with you. This national monument from 1871 has served as a doctor's home for almost 150 years, located in the protected village of Easterein. Now, next to our home, it is a charming B&B in which we welcome our guests.

Come and enjoy the atmosphere of yesteryear, the beautiful Frisian village of Easterein, and a green environment in which you can walk, cycle, sail and enjoy the panoramic views. Visit surrounding towns and villages, take a boat to the Wadden or grab a book and sit in the garden under a tree.
