Luxury holiday home for 4 people in Grou near Alde Feanen National Park De Rietreiger is a lovely modern and spacious holiday bungalow (65 m2) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and equipped with all comforts and luxury. There is also an (optional) private outdoor sauna and a private parking space with charging station. In the Rietreiger you can relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday close to the Alde Feanen National Park. Enjoy a day on the water or take your bike for the ferry route or go out to Leeuwarden or another Frisian city or village. Doing nothing at all, taking a relaxing sauna bath and enjoying the peace and comfort of the Reed Reiger, that is of course also allowed!

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms Both bedrooms with air conditioning each have their own bathroom with rain shower, sink combination and infrared heating. The beds are extra long hotel box spring beds (210cm) from Eastborn. One of the two bedrooms has a spacious alcove where the baby camping-bed can be placed. The bungalow has a spacious and bright living room with sliding doors to the sunny terrace with lounge set and dining table. Adjacent to the living room is the luxurious kitchen diner with dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave and large fridge. In addition to an extensive kitchen inventory, there is also a Nespresso (original) and Senseo coffee machine. A new washing machine, heat pump dryer and freezer are at your disposal in the utility room. Underfloor heating and 3 silent Daikin air conditioning units The 'Rietreiger' is suitable for a wonderful stay in both summer and winter, as it is well insulated. In addition, the living room has electric underfloor heating and there are 3 super quiet Daikin air conditioning units (hot/cold): in both bedrooms and in the living room with open kitchen.

A 100% electric holiday lodge – no gas (bottles)and private parking space with charging station With an eye to the future, we have chosen to design a 100% electric holiday bungalow. Charging your car is also possible – for a fee – at the home.

Sunny terrace with Weber barbecue On the south/southwest terrace there is a Weber (charcoal) barbecue and comfortable garden furniture and parasols.

Private sauna In the backyard is a sauna building with an electric Finnish infused heater. The sauna is suitable for max. 4 people and you can cool down outside in the backyard and under the cold rain shower. You can also use the sauna as an infrared sauna, so that 2 people can use it at the same time (a lying area and a seat for the back).

The village Grou and surroundings Our new holiday lodge Rietreiger can be found on the island of Yn'e Lijte, which is connected to Grou by one bridge and a ferry. Grou is a lively and pleasant water sports village, in the middle of Friesland. The area certainly invites you to go out on the water with your own or a rented boat. There is also a beautiful '8 van Grou' route where you will come across various restaurants and ferries on your route by bike.
