This holiday home in Heeg aan de water is a semi-detached house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom on the ground floor has a washing machine and dryer. A workplace is available on the second floor. The house has WiFi, but no television connection. There is an air conditioner on the first floor. Beautifully situated on the Heegermeer, with the possibility to moor a boat at the public quay during the day. Right in front of the door you can swim, fish, sail and play on the spacious communal lawns. Outside you have access to a lovely terrace which is equipped with a large table with 6 to 8 seats and a 'chill corner'.
Location
Bella Vista is located on the Heegermeer with unobstructed views from the living rooms and the terrace. You can walk to the cozy Heeg in 5 minutes; with supermarket, bakery and nice restaurants. The house is a unique water sports location for a larger family or two families. Don't have a boat yourself, but still want to enjoy the Frisian lakes? Then you are in the perfect location in Heeg and you can easily rent a boat to go out. Within fifteen minutes you can drive to IJlst or Sneek, two of the famous Eleven Cities in Friesland.
Special about this accommodation
The double living room is pleasant when used by two families. The beautiful view from the living room upstairs is well worth it! There are indoor and outdoor games, craft supplies and an extensive bookcase with reading material for children and adults. In consultation it is possible to use the present optimist (a small youth sailboat).
Important to know
The minimum age of the main tenant is 25 years. Bed linen and towels are included. It must be quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., due to neighbors. BBQ is only allowed in consultation with the neighbors.
