On Friday 26 May, Alexander Broussard and his five-piece band 003 are coming to Neushoorn to perform a dazzling ode to Billy Joel with The Billy Joel Experience. This is also a special occasion; The Billy Joel Experience will be celebrating its fifth anniversary!

Billy Joel is among the most successful artists in pop history and has more than 30 top-10 hits to his name. His repertoire covers all sides of the pop spectrum: of course the classic sing-along 'Piano Man', but also swinging rockers like 'My Life', beautiful ballads like 'Honesty' or tasty rock 'n roll like 'Only the Good Die Young'. All of them songs that may impress even more live than on record. And although Billy (70+) still performs, the chances of him landing in the Netherlands are very slim. So it was high time for a tribute. Hence: The Billy Joel Experience.

Front man Alexander Broussard has become a much sought-after and versatile pianist/keyboard player and singer/entertainer in recent years. With his band 003, he has previously released 5 singles and a double live album of his own work that has been received with enthusiasm by many a radio station and received airplay. May marks The Billy Joel Experience's fifth anniversary, which means this will be an exceptional performance. The band will unpack a special set and will be joined by a live horn section and additional backing vocalists. Of course you will hear Billy Joel's big hits, such as 'Piano Man', 'Uptown Girl', 'Goodnight Saigon', but also the hidden gems and fan-favourites.
