The Scapino Ballet is returning to Leeuwarden! Together with OPERA2DAY and the DoelenEnsemble, the entire group of dancers presents a compelling and comforting performance. An unknown soldier, floating between life and death, longs for his loved ones while memories of the battle scene haunt him. This timeless story comes to life with live works by Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky, among others, and dance by four choreographers.
