Discover "Sustainable Ceramics #1: Recycled, Repaired, Reactivated" at the Princessehof Keramiekmuseum in Leeuwarden, from November 25, 2023 to November 3, 2024. This innovative exhibition shows how international artists and designers embrace sustainability in ceramics by reusing, repairing and to breathe new life into. From traditional mosaics to innovative biomineralization, the exhibition highlights creative ways to reduce environmental impact.
Featuring works by leading artists, including a special mosaic of Greta Thunberg by Cleo Mussi and Nicole Chrysikou's groundbreaking BacTerra project, "Sustainable Ceramics #1" challenges us to think about the future of ceramics and our role in sustainability. Experience this inspiring mix of art, science and ecology in Friesland.
