Het Wapen van Leeuwarden has been a household name in Leeuwarden for many years. With us you can always enjoy a snack or drink, whether you sit inside in our authentic brown café or outside on the covered terrace. Thanks to our patio heating, you can sit outside all year round with a view of the Zaailand.
We have also recently converted our storage area into a beautiful Wine Bar.
You are most welcome to come and be the judge of our wine selection while enjoying a snack....
In addition to conviviality and an authentic atmosphere, we also offer a fantastic meal. For lunch you can taste our delicious freshly baked bread and for dinner you can choose from a varied menu.
You can come to us for wonderful meat specialities, such as the famous tomahawk steak. Many of our meat dishes are cooked in our redesigned kitchen on the grill of a Big-Green-Egg barbecue for an unmistakable smoky flavour.
