The Greonterp bell tower was extensively restored in 1999. In December 2018, the interior was refurbished and now includes panels that show the history of the bell tower, photos of the surrounding area and two famous poems by Gerard Reve: Graf te Blauwhuis and Eind Goed, al Goed.
