The "It Koaihus" is a holiday cottage accommodating 3 people in Friesland at the village of Jistrum. It's between Leeuwarden, Dokkum, Drachten and Lake 'Lauwers but near Burgum. It is in a peacefull, quiet and secluded coutryside giving the necessary privacy but has good acces to the nearby towns. It is a pleasant country cottage containing an individual livingroom, bathroom and bedroom and bordering on the North Frisian woodlands.
Our wâldhûske is quietly situated in the heart of the Northern Friesian Woods in the municipal area of Tietsjerksteradiel, which is south of Dokkum, north of Drachten, east of Leeuwarden and west of lake 'Lauwers. The area is characterized by ancient tree walls radiating the cozy atmosphere of a forest. On the north side of the village of Jistrum, at an authentic dirt road, you will find this cottage. The sandy path is in an area with a lot more of dirt roads suitable for walking, cycling and horse riding in Friesland. 5 km away is the small marina with boat house at lake 'Burgum. Close by is also a swimming place.
The apartment has underfloor heating. The living room has a television, radio, stereo, Internet access, Wi-Fi and a baby chair. The kitchen has a combi fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, electric kettle and coffeemaker. The bedroom has a wardrobe, internet, TV-connection and WiFi. The bathroom has a toilet, large sink, hair dryer, soap dispensers and shower with thermostatic tap. For the terrace there are two comfortable adjustable seat chairs and a table. In our large garden you will find a sunbathing area, playground, fire pit and duck pond
