Go sailing on an old Frisian vessel (skûtsjesilen) in Heeg
A day out on the Aleida Hendrika, which was built in 1905. A wonderful experience for young and old! We will show you how fascinating Friesland is from the water. Cyclists can enjoy nice combination packages as well. You are assured of a very varied and active day. Individual guests can embark the sailing ferry between Heeg and Balk, for half a day of sailing in combination with a beautiful cycling route (18 or 28 km) back to the starting point. If you want to sail all day, book a return trip.
From May to September, the skûtsje Aleida Hendrika provides the ferry service Heeg-Balk and vice versa.
