The studio has a private entrance and is equipped with a comfortable room with a double box spring, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area and a private shower. From the private terrace on the water, accessible through French doors, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bustling center of Heeg. Be enchanted by passing boats and the lively water sports atmosphere.

For guests with their own boat, we offer a private dock, so you can easily moor and enjoy the water to the fullest. We also have secure storage available for bicycles.
