You will find this spacious traditional Frisian farmhouse on the river Luts. In a quiet place you can enjoy with your family or friends. There is a spacious kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen has modern equipment, such as a combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and of course sufficient kitchen inventory. In the former milk cellar, the cozy sitting room is situated with a spacious corner sofa and several comfortable chairs. You will also find the spacious bathroom with a lovely large bath, a separate shower and a double sink and a separate toilet with urinal on the ground floor. You go up 5 steps to the upstairs room where you will find the first bedroom. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms with 2 single box-spring beds in each room. In total there are 10 comfortable box-spring beds. One of the 4 bedrooms on the first floor has a bunk bed for 2 extra people. This offers space for 12 people. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Outside you have a spacious garden with terrace at your disposal. Here you have the opportunity to barbecue on the terrace or even rent a hot tub! There is a large playing field with swings and a large trampoline for the children.
