Welcome to our Christian family campsite, De Verborgen Hoek. Our welcoming campsite is located in the beautiful Gaasterland region of Friesland, in the heart of the Frisian Lakes area and surrounded by vast meadows and forests.
The campsite offers spacious pitches with plenty of privacy, clean sanitary facilities, extensive playgrounds and entertainment for the whole family during the high season. Everything you need for an unforgettable holiday!
In a separate area of the campsite, you can place your own chalet or static caravan and enjoy holidays throughout the year for a fixed annual fee. Whether you prefer peace and privacy or joining in the campsite activities, the choice is yours.
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Whether you enjoy being on the water, relaxing by the lakes, exploring the forests or discovering the wide open countryside, you will find it all here.
Walking, cycling or boating? The choice is yours! Enjoy water sports such as waterskiing behind a speedboat, sailing on the large lakes or cruising peacefully through picturesque villages with charming bridges and locks. You can even go kitesurfing at the IJsselmeer beach near Oudemirdum, just five minutes from our Christian family campsite.
