You can relax in this luxurious apartment located directly on the water. The house has been completely renovated and is comfortably furnished for up to 10 people. Upon entering you will find the spacious living room with sitting area and open kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. You also have access to a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, on the ground floor there is 1 bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet. There are a total of 8 single box spring beds and 1 bunk bed. Outside you can enjoy the spacious terrace on the water with its own mooring place for your boat.

Location
This sustainable recreation company is located on the Grons in beautiful Gaastmeer. The Grons is the water that connects the Oudegaaster Breken and the Heegermeer. Originally the company was a dairy farm. The recreation company is located in the middle of nature. The perfect base for relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. Across the bridge in Gaastmeer you will find a restaurant with a terrace on the open waterway, where you can enjoy the boats that sail past and moor at the restaurant. An electric bicycle ferry is located next to the recreation company, which takes you to the characteristic Elfsteden city of Workum within 15 minutes. Workum has a unique square with various terraces, restaurants and shops around.

Special about this accommodation
You can reach the large communal area (bad weather accommodation, also for camping guests) via the first floor. In this space there are a few lounge areas, games and a bar. As a guest you can use the adjacent bicycle ferry for free (1 April - 1 October). As a result, the beautiful Elfstedenstad Workum is only 3.5 km by bike. From there you can cycle beautiful routes via the junctions. You can rent (electric) bicycles, polyvalks and electric sloops from us. With an electric sloop you sail comfortably through nature without the noise of an engine. As a guest you can use our canoes and optimists for free. In an optimist (grand) children learn to sail in a safe and familiar way. You can also play a game of football on the adjacent sports field. In bad weather you can use the table tennis table and the table football game in our bad weather facility.

Important to know
This apartment is only available in summer. Keep in mind that the ferry that you can use by bike runs from April 1 to October 1. The minimum check-in age is 24 and this property does not accept hen or stag parties or similar events.
