This beautiful houseboat is located in a unique location on the Oudegaaster Breken. It has large windows and because of this it offers a fantastic view over the water. The houseboat is suitable for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms ; 2 with a double bed and 1 small bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower cabin, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed and bath linen are included. Well equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerators, dishwasher. Living room with a large dining table and a view over the Oudegaasterbrekken. From the living room (CD player, radio) access to the spacious terrace (with swimming ladder) on the waterfront. (No diving, shallow!) Picnic table, lounge chairs with cushions. Extremely fast WiFi via fiber optic connection. In the shed are 3 bicycles and 1 children's bicycle that can be used. Possibility to rent 2 small boats (optimist size) after consultation. Surroundings: Next to the houseboat is a small campsite with play equipment for children and a small beach. In summer there is a surf school with good instructors. In the village, within walking distance, is a well-equipped supermarket. There is also bicycle rental and a possibility to rent a boat. No smoking indoors; no pets. When using the air conditioning (summer) and electric heating (spring, autumn, winter) we charge a surcharge for electricity. There are large terraces on both the land side and the water side. Boat up to 6.5 meters can be moored.
