Local, seasonal, gluten-free, vegan, NON-GMO, palm oil-free; yes! Because although everything has changed since we first started (and some things have come full circle), and our first location looks nothing like our newest one, our values remain the same and are still relevant today. So that everything that tastes good, also feels good.
