De Oosthoek is a spacious campsite at a working dairy farm and offers space for 25 camping spots. The modern toilet block is equipped with 6 showers, 6 toilets, 4 washing-up spots and an attractive common room for bad weather activities. We also have our own harbour with a slipway. A prime location for fishing and water sports enthusiasts.
Due to its unique location, you are able to reach the open water within a few minutes and you can go in all directions. Hikers and cyclists can indulge themselves here as well. There are numerous walking and cycling routes around the lakes and in the wooded Gaasterland. Of course, the young guests have also been taken into account.
The friendly, peaceful atmosphere, the proper facilities, and the unique location make De Oosthoek one of the most special campsites in Friesland.
