Relax in this comfortably furnished bell tent. The tents have spacious pitches and, due to the beautiful vegetation, real privacy and a panoramic view of the grazing cows in the meadow. Location on the open water, where you can use the canoes. The tent is fully equipped for 4 people with everything you need: BBQ grill, beds and t, bedroom and bench. The beds have wonderful mattresses and bedding. There is a public sanitary building and a small outdoor kitchen with drinking water and complete crockery/kitchen inventory. Outside there are 2 lovely Smûk Beach chairs and a picnic table.

Location
Smûk offers you an outdoor holiday in the Frisian countryside. You will find the Smûk Hûske there; a hip and cozy house with a hot tub, the Smûk Tiny, a 2-person Tiny with a view over the meadow and the Smûk glamping tents. Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the farm.

A short walk through the landscape between the cows will take you to the jetty at Pier Christiaansloot, where the electric boats and canoes are moored. You walk along this canal to the village of Echtenerbrug/Delfstrahuizen where there is a beach on the Tjeukemeer. From the farm you can easily sail into the beautiful Frisian lake area. Including Sloten, Lemmer and Langweer or across the Tjonger. Discover the unspoilt nature of the Weerribben and the Rottige Meente, a beautiful walking and cycling area. The Orchid Farm is highly recommended, with its butterfly garden, Alpacas and indoor playground for the children. Be sure to visit the town of Lemmer, a cozy center with nice terraces and nice shops. You can reach Leeuwarden in 45 minutes, where you can do more extensive shopping, climb the Oldenhove tower or visit the Nature or Frisian museum.

Special about this accommodation
You can use the private hot tub at the Smûk Tiny. There is an electric sloop rental available. You walk through the flower meadow to the water, where there is a swimming ladder and beach chairs. Enjoy the water with the canoe, this is included. There are goats, chickens for fresh eggs and cows and horses in the meadow and you can buy fresh products in the on-site farm shop. In the farm barn you will find a cozy living room. Who would have thought that hay bales could be so stylish? The soft light bulbs hang playfully throughout the room. The farmhouse tables are perfect for an evening of gourmet dining or a game of Rummikub. The living room is a place where you can be together, but also where you can retreat and enjoy the peace that the old building radiates. Sometimes they drink a cup of coffee and children play in the children's kitchen. At other times it is quiet and you can relax in one of the vintage chairs for a lazy afternoon.
