Restaurant 't Havenmantsje is located between Wadden Sea and Wadden City Harlingen. Where the cutters used to deliver their fish at the fish auction and where the boat from Terschelling now moors is the former courthouse called 't Havenmantsje.

We welcome you warmly and hospitably in this beautiful monumental fortress in Friesland. For example, you can eat in the Sitting Room with a view of the Wadden Sea and lounge in the Registry Room or enjoy the "Wad and Tea" on Sundays

On the first floor in the special building of 't Havenmantsje a complete kitchen has been fitted out. SVH Meesterkok Marco Poldervaart provides cooking classes, cooking workshops (for beginners and advanced students), tastings and cooking demonstrations that you can find in our cooking diary. You can register individually or with several people up to a maximum group size of 10 people.

You can also come to us for a party or team building. In connection with a maximum capacity, groups are on request. There are cooking workshops and cooking classes for individuals, but also for companies and schools.
