De Stjelp Pleats is a traditional stelp farmhouse built in 1913. It offers 5 spacious and charming rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a walk in shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. As our quest you have own entrance through the old barn door.

our characteristic “stelp” farm was built in 1913 and has now 5 cosy guestrooms in the former stable allwith an own shower and toilet. You also have a separate entrance by the old stable door.
Through this parlour you enter the living room where breakfast is served in the morning.
This living room is also used as alounge where one can read, do some puzzles or watch TV. For the children we have some toys and games to play with.
In all rooms you will find a splendid view over the meadows where you can observe sheep .
At the backside of the farm, we created a new garden with a terrace. Here you can relax or read a book, sheltered from wind.
The farm is located at 0.5 kilomeres of the central bus station and only 1,5 kilometre from the historical centre of the fishermen harbour town Lemmer.
Directly behind our farm, there is the old dike road that protected the town from the former threatening sea. Now it is part of the famous "Zuiderzeeroute", amuch loved walking and cycling
