One of the many locations in Hurdegaryp with a historical story
Take a look
The Station Quarter in Hurdegaryp reflects the story of a village shaped by its connections. As early as the sixteenth century, the Zwarte Weg ran through this area, later followed by the main road and the railway line between Leeuwarden and Groningen. This history can still be seen today in the distinctive buildings, the green layout of the surroundings and the floral artwork of the village Dorpswapen.
