Mearkas is a unique piece of landscape in the Frisian Eastermar. The kas (glasshouse) is surrounded by a vegetable garden, a pick-your-own garden, and a small food forest. Additionally, there is a luxury glamping site for overnight stays.

The restaurant 'De Kas' forms the vibrant heart of the Mearkas site in Eastermar. Here, everything comes together: fresh seasonal products are combined with ingredients from the food forest and pick-your-own garden, resulting in delicious and surprising dishes.
