Logement Nij Bonga is located in a beautiful stately village villa, in the heart of Holwerd, a beautiful village in the middle of the beautiful wadden region near the ferry to Ameland. Villa Nij Bonga is an impressive building, built in 1907 by notary Poelstra, with many style elements from the Art Nouveau. On the posts at the entrance the name "" Nij Bonga "" is still written in gilded letters. The rooms are simply but tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and a seating area. Both rooms have a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the common room there is a large table where you can enjoy your breakfast, read your newspaper or perhaps spread the map to plan the route for the next day! The kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge and oven can be used. The site offers plenty of private parking. During the fall and the winter, a number of long-eared owls live in the large tree next to the house, which return annually.
