We work with our passion daily: preparing creative an tasteful dishes. Fresh, innovative and where possible with ingredients from regional, sustainable agriculture, both caught and farmed. Each day we strive to serve our guests absolute top quality food. Therfore our ish and shellfish are deliverd fresley every day. along with the tasty dishes we offer great wines that were selected for you with great care.
From 2014 until now we have been rewarded by the culinary magazine "Lekker 500" with a beautiful review . Since spring 2018 we were asked to join Fryslân Culinair. We are proud of these achievements that we have delivered together with our team, and continue to work on our challenge with a lot of fun.
