This brand new and detached villa including a sloop and hot tub can be rented for those who love water. This spacious villa in Friesland with 3 bedrooms is located in the residential area: Woonwaterrijck. You will be staying here right on a main waterway and the center of the pleasant eleven cities town of Stavoren is also around the corner.
The villa is modernly furnished with a warm retro touch. The many windows around offer a view of the surrounding water. On the spacious wooden deck directly on the water side, you can use the wood-fired hot tub, which is handcrafted for villa water love. You will also find an outdoor shower and a swim ladder here.
You are staying directly on a main waterway with a 17 meter wide deck. There is an electric sloop (whistler boat) ready for you. This allows you to explore the Frisian waters silently and environmentally friendly. The ideal way to relax and enjoy the surroundings and your company.
The villa has a living room with underfloor heating and a kitchen with cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with every luxury, including in addition to the refrigerator, an integrated hob including extraction, a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine and a Grohe cooking tap. There is also a Sonos sound box available. If you download the Sonos app, you can use it to play music from your phone.
The bedrooms have box-spring beds and air conditioning . There is a spacious double master bedroom with a generous workplace. The other two bedrooms also have two beds each. In one bedroom they are adjoined with bedside tables on the sides and in the other bedroom they are separated by a bedside table. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a double sink, a second toilet and a shower.
In the utility / storage room you will find an extra fridge with freezer as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is also a lot of space for your own things here. For example, you can put and charge your own (electric) bicycles here.
In the villa you can use WIFI and there are also several fixed ethernet points available, this is also the case at the workplace in the master bedroom.
You can park two cars free of charge on the private property of the villa and there is a charging station for an electric car.
The water-rich eleven cities town has its own station. Located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. In season there is also a ferry service from Enkhuizen to Stavoren and vice versa.
The villa is located in a water-rich neighborhood with villas with both a recreational and permanent destination. The fact that the villa and the surrounding houses may also be inhabited permanently is reflected in the quality of the houses, which therefore all comply with the building regulations. Every house in the neighborhood is different, but all houses are inspired by the fishermen's houses as they were traditionally built in Stavoren, where a point house forms the basis. In this way, the houses in this district form a harmonious whole from an urban development point of view. The district is almost complete. In the 2021 season, there may nevertheless be some nuisance from construction activities in the area.
