Themed daytours from the of city Groningen to the Waddensea
From May to October, the WaddenExpress, an authentic Volkswagen bus from '69, runs various themed tours from the city of Groningen to the Wad. Enthusiasts can explore and experience Wadden Sea Worldhertitage as they wish.
- Walk on the dry Wadden Sea bottom
Go mudflat walking and wander the dryfallen sandbanks Engelsmanplaat, Weststrand or Brakzandplaat. Crossing to the island of Schiermonnikoog is also possible. A perfect daytour to explore coast, sea and island in one time. - Photogenic Wad
