In and around Berltsum, there are plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. There are a total of approximately 25 kilometers of cycling and walking paths, including through the Hemmemapark, along the Ried, the ice rink, and It Leechje.
About Hemmemapark
Hemmemapark was created in 2003. The park is designed as a new estate in connection with the new estate Hemmemastate, a residential cluster of ten homes with main and ancillary buildings.
