Sânfurd (Sandfirden) is one of the smallest villages in Friesland. It is a beautiful picturesque place, ideally located between the lakes of Southwest Friesland. The village consists of a church, several houses, and farms.
With its picturesque location directly on It Hop, Sandfirden is a popular wedding venue. In addition, the Sânfurd Foundation regularly organizes interesting cultural activities such as concerts, and church services are held in the summers.
