Wellness enthusiasts pay attention: this 14-person energy-neutral family home (180 m2) has an outdoor spa in the garden, sauna and sun shower in the bathroom. The house is located directly on the open waterway and has a very spacious garden. From your terrace or from your outdoor spa you can enjoy a beautiful view of the water, farmlands and the setting sun.
On the ground floor there is a hall with a separate toilet. The two connected living rooms each have a sitting and dining area with a flat-screen television. The two open kitchens offer, among other things, a combination microwave, induction hob, coffee maker and extra quiet dishwasher. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers on the ground floor. There are two more bedrooms on the top floor. All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds. There is a luxurious bathroom with rain shower, sun shower, sink and toilet.
Your stay includes use of free WiFi and two parking spaces at the house. This home is smoke and pet free. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Meine Sleat from your garden.
NB! This house does not have its own jetty. There is parking for two cars at the property. Additional cars can be parked in the general parking lot. The furnishings and layout of the home may differ.
Location
The holiday park is located in Akkrum in the heart of the Frisian Lakes. The park is a paradise for nature and water lovers. Discover the many lakes in the area by boat or canoe and walk through romantic cities such as Bolsward, Sneek and Harlingen. During the summer months, the Sneekweek takes place in Sneek, a festival full of music and activities. In the village of Akkrum you will find nice shops and cozy terraces and restaurants. The area surrounding the holiday park is especially ideal for water sports and long cycling and walking tours. A wonderful place to spend time with your family or friends!
Special about this accommodation
The recreation park has a playground with, among other things, a table tennis table and even an (air) trampoline for the children. In addition, there are various options on the water. During the high season, the park offers an entertainment program for the children on weekends.
Important to know
Do you want to experience the magic of the Elfstedentocht? That's possible, it's pouring! Musical De Tocht is a Dutch-language theater show that tells the impressive story of five skating friends who have lost sight of each other over the years. They have agreed that if The Tour ever takes place, they will ride it out together. It's an impressive and unique experience if you ask us! We understand that you do not want to leave our beautiful province immediately after seeing the musical. Therefore, stay at Tusken de Marren and discover all the beauty that Friesland has to offer!
Our holiday park is a 20-minute drive from Musical De Tocht. The musical runs every Wednesday to Sunday from September 15, 2023 to January 31, 2024.

We have put together a special package for this beautiful musical. What goes better with the Elfstedentocht than a nice warm bowl full of pea soup, or as we call it in Fryslân, Snert!
In collaboration with Slagerij Spijkerman from Akkrum, you will receive a delicious portion of pea soup* upon arrival that you can enjoy in your holiday home. If that isn't a good start to the Elfstedentocht experience, then we don't know what is. It's pouring! ⛸️
