This is what we have to offer
Quiet and welcoming nature/mini-camping “De Stjelp” with excellent facilities and hiker cabins, spacious free spots with unobstructed views, a glamping tent for luxury camping, electrical hookups, clean sanitary facilities, illuminated grounds, on-site water taps, a sink with hot water, available refrigerators, washing machine, spin dryer, chemical disposal toilet, bike routes, bike/boat rentals, and a Jeu de Boules court.

Our campsite also features a hidden GEO-cache for all adventurous guests. There are plenty of GEO-caches to be found on and around the campsite and in the National Park De Alde Feanen.

Outdoor swimming pool, shops including a supermarket, and a riding school within 2 km. The National Park "De Alde Feanen", near the bird-rich area: "De Jandurkspolder", offers beautiful cycling and hiking trails.

Environmentally Friendly Village Oudega
This farm was love at first sight for us, located near the eco-friendly village Oudega (Sm) and close to the National Park "De Alde Feanen". With its serene natural environment, it’s the perfect place to wake up in the morning. It was exactly what we were looking for. We love the countryside, the rural tranquility, farm life, and nature. The farm includes an SVR campsite with 3 hiker cabins, pitches for tents, caravans, motorhomes, and a luxurious glamping tent for 7 people (including shower and toilet) with a wide view over the fields. We have redecorated the site, set up caravan pitches, and installed electricity on the site. Small animal parks with ponds for various types of ornamental ducks add to the charm. We experience immense peace and freedom in this place.

It’s hard work to maintain the farm, garden, yard, and campsite alongside our jobs, but it remains a challenge. We also receive a lot of help from family and friends. Outdoor living and working bring mental and physical relaxation. We feel privileged to live in this special place and want to share it with many people.

An Environmentally Friendly Campsite
Camping de Stjelp is working hard to manage the campsite as cleanly as possible. Waste is properly separated, which is important for correct processing and recycling of materials. Camping de Stjelp uses Jemako products, which state: “Due to the durability of our fibers, you can do without many unnecessary cleaning cloths in your household. Our cleaners combine high effectiveness with economical use and contain clear dosing instructions. The ECO Plus labeled cleaners are particularly friendly to people and nature – while providing strong cleaning power.” Jemako products are also sold at Camping de Stjelp.
