Intentional use of Frisian ingredients, sustainably caught fish, free-range meat and seasonal products forms the heart of the kitchen. het Ambacht is primarily a meeting place for Friesland and surroundings. The fruits of the Frisian meadow, the Wadden Sea and the fields by chef Markus and his brigade fused to a tasteful harmony between regional ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine. Free-range meat as Schweachster Angus, kokkeltjes and grey Mullet from the Wadden Sea, sustainably caught fish from the cutter BCK-40, organic vegetables from The Garden, Cuynder, goat cheese of the old Region, are just a few examples of honest products of Frisian soil. Come and taste! Would you come with a group? We can receive up to 150 persons. The restaurant has 60 seats, the wine cellar 15 persons and meeting rooms are suitable for up to 80 people.
