In AquaZoo Leeuwarden you will come face to face with many special animals, such as the Nile crocodile, polar bear, Amur tiger and ring-tailed lemur. And from 18 April a visit will be extra special, because then there will be unique sand sculptures from the animal world in the park.

From 18 April, be amazed by enchanting sand sculptures of many animals in AquaZoo Leeuwarden. Children can do a free treasure hunt, build their own sand sculpture or play in a gigantic sandbox. In addition to the animals made of sand, you will also come face to face with all the other special animals in AquaZoo. Thanks to the educational presentations by the zookeepers and the many (water) play and climbing equipment, the zoo is very suitable for a day out with children or a day out with the family.
