In the months of July and August, Museum Sloten organizes a summer package with a fun and varied program on Thursday afternoon. The package consists of:
- City walk with the town crier through Sloten who tells about the history of the city
- Boat trip with skipper through the city and to the Slotermeer
- Visit to Museum Sloten and the exhibition with treasure hunt for children;

Location
The summer package starts at Museum Sloten, at Heerenwal 48 in Sloten. Parking is available at Rûnwei. From there it is a 3-minute walk to the museum.
Important to know
Please arrive well in advance in connection with the registration on location. The tour will take place if at least 6 people have registered. There is room for a maximum of 30 people, the group will then be divided into rotating groups. The arrangement will take place in case of rain. Umbrellas will be available in that case. However, the tour will only take place if the skipper deems it safe.
Unfortunately, the activity is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the bridges in the city and the boat.
If you buy a ticket with a discount because you have a Museum card, you are required to show the card at the start/registration.
