Want to get away from everyday life for a while? Surprise your friends, family, or colleagues with a sound bath / lying-down sound concert for a group of up to 17 people.
During this sound experience, everything revolves around relaxation. You don't have to do anything. You lie quietly, listen to the sounds, and let yourself be carried away by the voice, singing bowls, and other instruments. In this way, your body calms down step by step, and your mind becomes quieter.
The sound bath is provided by Nienke de Heer, a professionally trained musician and sound therapist. The session takes place in a small church just above Sneek. By arrangement, it is also possible to hold the lying-down concert at your own location.
