The LUNA media art festival has grown into a broad public festival lasting more than two weeks. LUNA Young Masters and LUNA Currents in the Stationskwartier focus on new creators, development, experimentation and depth. LUNA Nights offers three evenings of media and light art by renowned Dutch and international artists at many locations in the city centre of Leeuwarden.
Around thirty artists explore the human dimension in this edition. Artificial Intelligence is developing at a dizzying pace. How do we stay in control? We invite artists, experts and the public to think about how we can use technology in a meaningful, controlled and humane way.
