In the soil under the Oldehove, fossil remains of shellfish have been found: silent witnesses of a salty past. Be inspired by this special history and make your own unique tile. During this workshop, you press shells and fossils into clay to make an imprint. Then you pour plaster into it and a beautiful tile with embossing is created.
This event takes place in the Maakruimte in Bouwurk on the Oldehoofsterkerkhof in Leeuwarden, Friesland.
