The concept is a collaboration between chef Stefan Visser of the fine dining restaurant STEEF, KLUP DE DAG, the fashion store and creatives from the north of the Netherlands, and Chef Tiemen, known for his culinary events and his love of local Frisian products and stories.
During three special evenings, guests move through a summer setting in the middle of the Frisian landscape, with views of Frisian horses, long outdoor tables, vinyl DJs and a culinary route with a total of 11 food moments. Expect refined dishes, surprising flavours, champagne, atmosphere and a unique mix of gastronomy, fashion and music.
