Sailing races on the Sneekermeer during the 88th Sneekweek, with all recognised classes. The Starteiland is open to everyone.

Sneekweek is the largest inland water sailing event in Europe. Sailing boats from all recognised classes take part in Sneekweek, making it a great mix of sport and atmosphere. Or, as they say at the Koninklijke Watersportvereniging Sneek: “During the day for honour, in the evening for atmosphere.”

During the day, sailors compete on the Sneekermeer. Supporters can enjoy themselves on the Starteiland, which is open to everyone. In the evening, the atmosphere continues on the island and in the city.
