In this beautiful and in 2010 completely renovated mill you can now spend the night in nostalgic style. The characteristic Langweer Mill has been standing on the border of Langweer and the neighbouring village Boornzwaag since 1782. Previously, the mill was owned by the noble Eysinga family and had the important function of polder and rye mill. In this unique and still working mill you can now spend your holiday.
The house inside the mill takes up 2 floors. While retaining characteristic details, the ground floor contains 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. You enter the rustic living room with open kitchen via the wooden spiral staircase. The cosy rural interior harks back to the past but is combined with contemporary comfort. You can also use the wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) for free. From the living room you step up the gallery, where you have an unparalleled panoramic view. You can find a private jetty next to the mill; from this jetty you can sail on the Langweerder Wielen and the adjacent Frisian lakes.
