From Timber Warehouse to Creative Hub
DOK 5 consists of 14 containers and features rotating exhibitions. This free-to-enter venue is a place where artists and culture enthusiasts share their passion with the public. Discover work, inspiration and art from organisations such as the Seagoing Tug Holland Foundation, Fries Blauw, Sterke Yerke, and artist Marieke Meijs (Ocean Trash). In the coffee corner, you can unwind and be inspired while sipping on a hot drink.
Parking at DOK 5
There are several parking options near the Nieuwe Willemshaven. Paid parking applies from Monday to Saturday, between 9.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.. On Sundays, parking is free in Harlingen, except at the Waddenpromenade parking garage and the Waddenpromenade itself. The Westerzeedijk offers free parking daily between 8.00 a.m. and midnight; parking is prohibited outside these hours.

Strengthening society and culture
Ik gebruik de kennis opgedaan als ambassadeur van de waddenvereniging om dit over te dragen naar mijn netwerk in het Caribisch gebied en de Dominicaanse republiek. Dit is belangrijk om de Sargassozee te beschermen waar onze glasaaltjes vandaan komen.
