This beautiful, recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a former farm in what used to be the Heasouder (NL: Hooizolder). Via a staircase you reach a balcony with a beautiful, panoramic view over the farmlands and the Fluessen. Upon entering the apartment, the warmth is immediately noticeable due to the use of wood and shades of gray. There is a cozy open living area with the living and dining room and a nice kitchen. Adjacent to this living room you will find the first bedroom. Further down the hall is the modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. When you walk up the stairs, you see the other two bedrooms, one of which is located in the loft. This bedroom can be closed with dark curtains for privacy.
Location
This recently renovated apartment is located in a former farm with an adjacent mini campsite. The location is located directly on the Fluessen and from the apartment (located on the first floor) you have a beautiful view over farmlands and water. The apartment is located between the mini village of Elahuizen and the slightly larger village of Woudsend. Here you can do your daily shopping and you will find various restaurants. Balk is also not far away. Both Woudsend and Balk are located a maximum of 10 minutes away by car.

In the high season from July 1 to September 5, the apartment can only be rented per week (from Friday to Friday). The apartment is not rented to groups of friends under 21 years of age.
