On the ground floor there is a toilet, the living room with a double box bed and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven / microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. Through the French doors you enter the loggia where you can enjoy the rising sun in the morning and sit outside in rainy weather. The loggia gives you access to a private terrace with a magnificent view of the garden, the water and the landscape. On the first floor there are 2 adjacent double rooms with fitted wardrobes.
