Welcome to this sustainable contemporary villa on the water, where you can fully enjoy a wonderful holiday! After your car has been parked and you have walked in through the front door, you immediately enter the attractive kitchen after the hall. You will see that it is fully equipped and that you can enjoy cooking. If you walk a little further, there is the nice, cozy living room with a beautiful view of the water! The terrace outside is spacious, with enough space to enjoy the sun outside. You also have your own mooring for a boat. Behind the kitchen is the first bedroom, with its own shower facility. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two with a double box-spring bed and one with a bunk bed; the perfect nursery.
