Under the soothing gaze of the Oldehove, yoga teacher Malou from Nova Yoga will guide you through a free vinyasa yoga class that combines movement with breathing. Through a creative sequence of poses, you will strengthen both body and mind.
During the class, there is a smooth transition from pose to pose. This builds physical strength, stamina and flexibility. This vinyasa class is perfect for all levels. It is also suitable for beginners, as plenty of options and adaptations are always provided.
So everyone is welcome! The class starts at 9.30 am, but you’re welcome to arrive a little earlier to find your spot and settle in. The class lasts 60 minutes, including a thorough final relaxation. And: please bring your own yoga mat!
